Well, last night was my final shift at Spinney's Restaurant, Popham Beach, Maine where I've waitressed for 10 years. I am going to really miss all my friends and regulars. It has been an amazing place to work and I've often said I should be paying the owners, Glen & Diane for the privilege of working there as it's been so much fun. Thank you all for the memories. I'll be back to visit often :)
Bought tons of art supplies day before yesterday and can't wait to get started on about seven different projects. Looks like it's going to be a beautiful day to paint at my new barn gallery in Phippsburg. Warm and sunny on the coast of Maine today.
Captain didn't get a tuna yesterday but I bet he catches a bunch of lobsters as his traps have been "soaking" an extra day. Sure would like to see him get at least one tuna this year as we could always use a little extra money - who couldn't!
My twitter account has been going crazy lately. I had 95 new followers a few days ago and 20 this morning when I woke up. Loving the twitter love! So grateful for all the support as I leave my day job and pursue my art full time. Thank you all so much. Now I'm off to do a little more "fishing" for friends.
